Napoleanville, LA – Indoor Storage
Regency Storage Systems provided the building materials for this indoor storage conversion project in Napoleonville, Louisiana. Due to the growing demand for storage space, the owner of a strip mall wanted to convert his commercial space in to an indoor storage facility.
The 1st building is an indoor storage, it stands 33’9″x14’3 1/2″x6′ and houses (1) one 33’9″ climate controlled unit w/ a 6’x8′ framed opening. The 2nd indoor storage building stands 14’2″x86’2″x6 and houses (9) nine 9’6″x14’2″ climate controlled storage units w/ 6’x8′ framed openings. The 3rd indoor storage building stands 11’8″x86’2″ and houses (9) nine 9’6″x11’8″ climate controlled storage units w/ 6’x8′ framed openings. Louisiana engineer stamped drawings were also included.
This building was already designed in accordance with county building codes when it was originally built as a strip mall, therefore the wind speed and snow load were not factored into the engineering floor plans.
The city of Napoleonville, Louisiana is located about 33 miles outside Morgan City and 14 miles from the Donaldsonville.
