Heavy duty steel building materials are used to ensure durability and a longer lifespan of your mini storage building. Our self storage building kits include a steel frame, wall panels, roof panels, partition panels, metal trim, a complete set of erection drawings and hardware. There are several color options (19) to choose from. High r-value steel building insulation packages are available for additional costs.  

Standard Building Materials Include		Additional Available Options:
•8’-6” eave height • ½:12 roof slope • Roof panels are 26 gauge galvalume “R” panel with 20 year warranty • Wall panels are 26 gauge painted “R” panel with 40 year limited warranty • Standard trim package consists of painted 26 gauge simple eave trim, rake trim, door jamb, and header trim • Framed with 16 gauge red oxide steel • Complete set of erection drawings • Interior partition panels are 29 gauge galvalume		• Eave gutter and downspouts • Standing seam roof systems • Complete insulation packages • Roll up doors with 26 gauge curtain • Engineer sealed drawings • Eave heights available from 8’-6” to 16’-0” • Boat/RV storage units • Climate controlled units • 19 color options available
